South Africa’s signature red, the Pinotage grape is a cross of Pinot
Noir and Cinsault (also known as Hermitage). Bright ruby red in colour,
this dry red has a complex aroma with notes of blackberry and vanilla.
On the palate the taste is full and round with soft tannins. Flavours
of ripe blackberry, red currant and spice lead to a satisfying long and
smooth finish. This medium to full-bodied wine can be enjoyed at a
relatively young age and will age well. Pale yellow in colour with highlights of melon, green apple, pear and
peaches. Our Unoaked Chardonnay-Pinot Grigion is a fresh and crisp dry white with well balanced, elegant

Our Three Roos Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon-Viognier blend is a light to medium-bodied dry red displaying notes of pepper, ripe berry
fruit and soft vanilla oak. The Viognier is added to enhance the fruit
and softness on the palate.
Our Three Roos Verdelho-Gewurztraminer-Muscat blend is a unique blend of 3 aromatic white varieties. This slightly off-dry
white is wonderfully fruity with crisp acidity. The bouquet is floral
with highlights of pineapple, ripe melon, lime and lychee. A perfect
wine for serving before dinner.
