• You need to love wine. However, you do not need to be a Sommelier.
• Enjoy being part of a team. Our core strength comes from the commitment from all of our Franchise Partners to our high standards of operations.
• Able to provide great Customer Service and build relationships with your customers.
• Enjoy sales, doing promotions and marketing in your neighbourhood.
• Enjoy being physically active.
• Comfortable with computer programs.
• Have access to at least $50,000 in unencumbered cash and the necessary financial qualifications to secure financing from your bank of choice.
• Active in your Community, connected with community groups.
• Well organized.
